Through our theme TEDxTwinFalls will be a journey into the unknown\, looking for answers and discovering new questions. We will go further until the last frontier\, just to come back with new and fresh perspectives. Once again\, we will create a platform a magical and to learn\, share and produce life-changing experiences for all our attendees. By using a trans-disciplinary lens\, a variety of systems and subjects will be explored. The event will take place at the historic Orpheum\, a building that demonstrates our theme well. Tedx Twin Falls has seven speakers lined up\, with topics that range from the benefits of buying local to discovering one's self. Our guest performer will be our town's very own Jordan Thornquest. Thornquest's latest project is Neighborhood Sounds\, a collaborative endeavor that seeks to resuscitate a flat lining music culture in a town with deaf ears. In the spirit of education\, our ticket sales are set up so the community can pay what they would like. Tedx Twin Falls will host an afterglow gathering for an additional cost. This enables community members to mingle with speakers to share their ideas and observations. Consider joining us for a night full new ideas worth sharing.
