Utility Service Operator
A Utility Service Operator Performs customer service duties related to the distribution of the city’s water utility. The principal function of an employee in this class is to perform customer service duties, such as reporting water usage, performing water meter service, and responding to high-bill complaints, all to ensure efficient water delivery and accurate billing.
