A Caring Hand Twin Falls LLC is seeking a dependable and organized Client Care Manager to join our growing home care team. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while supporting both clients and caregivers.

Position Details:

• Full-time, salaried position
• Health and dental benefits included
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rotating on-call schedule required

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage caregiver scheduling to ensure full client coverage
• Provide support to clients, families, and caregiving staff
• Conduct client check-ins, complete documentation, and perform home visits
• Assist with daily office and operational tasks

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check through the Department of Health & Welfare
