Real Estate Pre-License classes are offered 2 times a year at the Western Magic Valley Realtors Association office here in Twin Falls. Next classes starts Feb 2nd - Feb 13th, 2026. The class is Monday - Friday, 8AM-5:30 PM. This is a 90-hour Pre-License course over two weeks. These modules consist of the required training to obtain your license. You will need both module 1 and 2.
