Job Description
Beams Flooring America is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant with a passion for interior design to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist both retail and builder clients in selecting premium flooring and window covering products while providing expert design guidance and overseeing projects from start to finish.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a creative eye, strong sales drive, and an interest in helping people design beautiful, functional spaces.
Key Responsibilities

Guide customers through flooring, wall paper, and/or window treatment selections based on style, function, and budget

Provide interior design consultations and recommendations

Work with retail clients and builders to manage project specifications and timelines

Coordinate and oversee project delivery from product order through installation

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of current design trends

Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Achieve individual sales goals within a commission-based structure
Qualifications

Experience in flooring, window coverings, interior design, or home décor is highly preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Comfortable using technology and design software (experience with CRM systems is a plus)
