
Part One: Self Management: Staying in Control
How do we manage ourselves and things when it all starts to fell out of control? In this session we will explore how our thoughts can create stress and demands, and how we can set healthy boundaries to increase or own productivity and well-being.
We'll cover the following principles:
•Describe environmental and individual reasons for over-commitment and stress
•Understand boundary setting (intro to EQ)
•Identify opportunities for healthier balance
