High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum four (4) years of facilities maintenance experience in hospitality or related field required; or Associate degree in related field and three (3) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience with all aspects of maintenance and engineering (special emphasis on HVAC/R). Must have thorough and in-depth knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, and chillers. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
