About Us

We are Tyler, Lacy and Ashlynne Jones, owner’s of the Porked Out Food Truck. We do daily service Tuesday-Saturday along with caterings and
events. Our business was established with the Food Truck on February 22nd, 2020. Tyler is a self-taught chef working in Sun Valley, Vail and fine dining restaurants in Denver being in the industry for 10 years now. The Food Truck industry is huge in the Colorado area and has always wanted
to own one knowing that the creativity is endless with a Food Truck and that is what we strive for is creating flavors and products that are different
from anywhere else. Lacy, his wife and Ashlynne, his Step-Daughter, the faces of the company, are very talented also, with combining recipes
together and creating specials. We are an all from scratch food truck making all of our items with love and creativity. We were all born and raised
in the Magic Valley and love having a small business in this community we call home.
